Booking Process

Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon successful booking and payment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or doctor unavailability.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may result in consultation fees being charged or restrictions on future bookings.

50% Refund
Cancel 12-24 hours before appointment for 50% refund
No Refund
Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable
Refund Processing

- âĒProcessing fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
Emergency Exceptions: Cancellations due to medical emergencies or hospital-initiated cancellations are eligible for full refunds regardless of timing.

All medical records and health information are maintained in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Access Rights

Medical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as per legal requirements.
